After-Sales Service
For Gold Handicrafts Available at the Shop Only

  • All gold handicrafts will be delivered with product warranty cards.
  • The gold handicraft warranty shall cover all types of damages incurred from production.
  • The warranty period shall be valid for 1 year.
  • The company shall reserve the right to disapprove any change or return of the purchased gold handicraft.

Repair Service

  • For the frame category, the repair service shall be available for cases of damaged frames only. Any damaged frame can be replaced with a new one with required expenses regarding the original size of the damaged frame.
  • For the sculpture category, the repair service shall be available for cases of damaged wooden foundation or broken covers only. Any damaged wooden foundation or broken covers can be replaced with new ones with required expenses regarding the original sizes of the damaged wooden foundation or broken covers.
  • For all types of repair services, a client is allowed to deliver a damaged gold handicraft to any branch of Prima Gold shop nationwide. A sales officer will keep the client notified of the total expense required for the repair of the damaged gold handicraft prior to the actual implementation of the repair services.
